What does a private or small group session look like?

You pick and choose what you want from the styles I’m trained in. We can work on inversions, roll through Vinyasa, have hands on stretching in the form of prana stretch, meditate together, work HIIT, do mobility drills, and more. Each session runs one hour, is intentionally sequenced, and tailored to your goals.

I’m opening up five personal training/small group spots. After you book we’ll have an initial meeting so I can hear your goals and I’ll make a tailored plan of sessions specifically for you/your group.

Options are available in person or virtual. I have a studio space in Minneapolis available. I can’t wait to hear your goals, and get to know you better!
