Introducing a brand new format & event, Microdose & Move! I'm partnering up with the incredible team at Mary & Jane for this special Saturday morning pop up. Class will be a blend of mat pilates & yoga, all set to a smooth playlist, with a mini sound bath at the end. We'll be in the gorgeous performance hall of the A-Mill Artists Lofts, right across the river from the North Loop. Mary & Jane will be giving you a mini tin (10 melts / tin) with your ticket purchase. (Value is $12)

Class will run an hour, all levels, and is donation based. Suggested donation $15-25.
