We're headed back to ZION from September 11th-14th. Same park, all new adventures and venues.
This four day, three night retreat will blend movement, sound, nature, nourishment and awareness. In this unique blend we create an experience for you that is our answer to the growing levels of burnout we all experience on multiple levels.
The Venue
We'll be staying in Hurricane, Utah. This is a closer venue to the Vegas airport which will make the travel days smoother. The house is absolutely stunning, it has a Private Pickleball Court, Private Pool, Private Hot Tub, Putting Green, Gas Firepit, $50,000 Golf & Entertainment Simulator (golf, shooting games, sports challenges) and MORE. What makes retreats with A Space Between different? Each retreat is a unique blend of elegance and adventure. Our yoga and Pilates sessions are guided by myself, with over 14 years of teaching experience. Our adventures are hand selected and curated to test your limits, expand your relationship with nature, and soothe your nervous system. Our food is hand crafted by Abigail who has trained in New York and Mexico City, and creates truly elegant and nutritious meals. And each venue is thoughtfully picked by myself to provide space for solo re charging, and group bonding. This time and space is our answer to burnout, and truly provides an unforgettable opportunity for you to pour into YOUR own cup.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time 120 days before the start date of the retreat, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. You will receive your balance minus your deposit. If such cancellation is made after the 120 day period, we will retain the full balance of the payment. However, if another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion.
(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.

Nourishment
Abigail Schmitt (She/Her) is the Chef Owner of Ginkgo Fine Dining Experiences, which she started in 2021 while living in Mexico City. She is currently based in Washington State and Golden, BC. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Abigail graduated from Culinary School in Saint Paul and has learned from and worked for many great chefs across the Twin Cities, New York and Mexico City. With Ginkgo Fine Dining, she creates a lifestyle that focuses on wellness, good food and the outdoors. From curating intimate culinary experiences for all kinds of occasions, to food styling, recipe development and cooking classes, she shares her passion and expertise with folks from all across the globe.
Nina Kolar (she/her) is the founder of A Space Between. She is a yoga/meditation/Pilates/all around movement teacher with over 1,000 hours of formal training and 14 years of teaching experience. With a unique childhood that was part back country mountains, and part city living, Nina has the skill set in her retreats to open up opportunities for you to know and love yourself and the natural world around us on a deeper level.

A retreat that felt like a family reunion. A gorgeous crew of movers explored Zion and Bryce canyon. In our downtime utilized the onsite hot tubs and heated pool. Dreamy practices in a field cut into the side of a canyon. One of our favorite places to be!
